2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Access to luckjili is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful.
• You are not a resident of any country where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for a third party.

luckjili does not permit access by minors under any circumstances. If we have reason to believe that a registered user does not meet the age requirement, we reserve the right to suspend the account and withhold any pending balances pending verification.

3. Account Creation and Security

Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or registering on behalf of another person is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. luckjili will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your password.

You must notify luckjili immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Account verification may be required before withdrawals are processed. This may include submission of a valid government-issued ID as proof of identity and age.

4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using luckjili, you agree to the following obligations and restrictions:

• You will not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• You will not attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use automated tools, bots, or scripts.
• You will not engage in fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment credentials or false identity documents.
• You will not harass, threaten, or harm other users or platform staff.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the platform's software or content.
• You will not use a VPN or other means to misrepresent your location for the purpose of circumventing platform restrictions.

Violation of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where required by law.

5. Payments and Transactions

All deposits and withdrawals on luckjili are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). It is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available before placing any bet or initiating a transaction.

Deposits are generally credited promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the method selected and any verification requirements that apply to your account. luckjili does not charge internal processing fees on standard transactions, but your payment provider may apply its own charges.

luckjili reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Transactions that appear irregular or are flagged for potential fraud may be held pending investigation. Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once processed.

All transactions are subject to the anti-money laundering obligations applicable in the Philippines. luckjili may report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

luckjili provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free of errors at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luckjili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or interruption of service. Our total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time the claim arises.

Online gaming involves inherent risk. Results are determined by chance and are not influenced by past outcomes. luckjili does not guarantee any outcome or profit from the use of its gaming services.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

luckjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where:

• A user has provided false information during registration or verification.
• A user has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct.
• Suspicious transaction activity has been detected.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with our dormancy policy.
• Compliance with a legal obligation or regulatory requirement necessitates action.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the luckjili platform — including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, user interface design, game assets, and software — is the property of luckjili or its licensors. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these terms. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, copy, or publicly display any platform content.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The luckjili platform may integrate third-party game providers, payment processors, and other service providers. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which are independent of luckjili's. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or conduct of any third-party service used in connection with the platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

11. Governing Law
